You will need to download the zip i’ve made that contain a DD2_Pak.list (with everything needed for tattoo/makeup/scars/etc..), a tattoo blank normal map for scar, and an example mod to get u started.
External link you will need:
– Retool
– Noesis (Optional but recommended) and Noesis plugin
– Paint.net
or
– Photoshop plugin with NVIDIA or Intel Plugin for editing .dds
